A Dodgeball Story

Keeping in line with my "fun images for young boys" theme, I recently worked up an illustration of a kid playing dodgeball. It was a lot of fun to do, and now I just feel like watching the movie Dodgeball. Patches O'Houlihan, this one's for you.

I've Created a Monster!

Happy December! The following image is a mock book cover for a book that doesn't exist...but who knows, maybe it will someday? I'm also adding some things to the gallery today, so if you're curious, peak on over there to see what has changed. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday season!

Phillie-Strations! Roy Oswalt

Yes, the season is officially over...a bit earlier than many of us had hoped, but that doesn't mean we still can't have a little bit of fun. Tonight I went to a Roy Oswalt autograph signing at Carl's Cards in Havertown, PA, and brought with me a Phillie-stration that I whipped up earlier today. As expected, Roy seemed very humble and was nice enough to take a copy of the picture that I made up for him. Getting something signed is pretty cool. Getting your own illustration signed? Priceless! I wonder which Phillie will be next?

Special Agent

Hello everyone! I am very pleased and excited to announce that I have accepted representation from The Bright Agency, an illustration agency based in London, with offices in New York City! After a portfolio review at a local SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) conference, I followed up with the agency, and here we are a couple weeks later, and it is officially officiall. I think it will be a great fit for both myself and the agency, and I really can't wait to get to work. Hopefully I can post some projects I tackle within the coming months! Let me just give a huge thanks to Kirsten, Emily, and everyone at the Bright Agency for giving me the opportunity to work with them. Let's start making some art!

I have updated my contact information both on the side panel, as well as the Info/Contact page on the website.

Make sure to keep visiting my blog, as things are about to get quite exciting!

In other news, Operation Mango is continuing as planned, and I will be sure to update my progress on that within the week. "Like" the Facebook page, or make sure you subscribe to my blog's RSS feed!
